Inventory & Shipping
Occasionally, items will be temporarily out of stock. These items will still be visible for sale, however the description will state that the item is out of stock and will require some additional shipping time. Other items in this store are drop shipped from the manufacturer. A few additional days will also be required for shipping.

In stock items will generally be shipped within one to two business days of receipt of the order. We ship via priority mail, United States Postal Service unless otherwise arranged. Please contact us at contact@yourdogism.com or 813-335-4533 if you need rush delivery or international shipping.

Size and Style Exchanges
Wrong size or you just want a different style or color of the same item? If you pay the shipping to get it back to us, we will pay the shipping to get the replacement to you.

Returns
Dogism wants you to be happy with your purchases, so you can return an item for any reason for up to 14 days after you receive it for full store credit minus return shipping charges. Items must be in a condition appropriate for the use it may have had. Defective or broken upon receipt items will be replaced immediately.

Payment can be made using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards or Pay Pal account. If you wish to pay by check, please understand that payment must be made in advance and products cannot be shipped until your check has cleared.
